		<description>We had our loan sold into a goldman sachs security instrument that Deutsche Bank manges and appointed Chase as the collection agent. We are fighting foreclosure as we have filed a 37 page complaint to the AZ attorney General, wha has accepted our case as a front runner in mortgage fraud in AZ. 4 different Chase employees have registered 4 different transfers of deed, 4 different times trying to create standing in our home. Yes 4 different forgeries. Each time a chase employee claims to be an asst. secretary of MERS and asssigns it to Chase, Cal-western(chase&#039;s repo division) or Deutsche Bank. They can&#039;t even get thier story straight. Now they have a new auction date but are on hold because of the Atty general &quot;inquiry&quot; as Chase puts it. We did background checks and proved all assignments are from Chase to themselves. They even backdated 1 to try to coverup the forclosure wich was done before they started forging assignments. MERS confirms that the servicer to date IS NOT CHASE OR DEUTSCHE. Our original loan company Metrociti went bankrupt and Heritage mortage aquired all of Metrociti and MERS confirms today that our servicer is Heritage. What a mess. Any help. AZ lawyers are very behind on understanding or interested in understanding the illigality and fraud of these preditors.We just wanted to redo a loan. But Chase offers a loan mod that you will not quilify foe so they can just steasl your house.
